The last day of a busy nursery season at Beaux Arbres will be Saturday, September 30th. We met many great native plant gardeners this rainy summer. Thanks to all our customers who came out to the farm for our events or just to visit.
I will be in Ottawa for the seed workshop at Fletcher Wildlife Garden on Sunday, October 1st. If you are planning to attend the workshop and also want native plants, I could bring in plants that day. We have sold out of some popular items for this year. If you are interested in a particular species. message me on the the blog or via FB, and I’ll see what I can do.
Beaux Arbres reuses nursery pots, If you have accumulated a stash of nursery pots over the summer, bring them along to the seed workshop, if they are the sort Beaux Arbres uses (see photo below).

Yes, I have rattlesnake master and Ohio goldenrod and blue-stemmed goldenrod (for light shade). How many are you interested in?

I’d 4 rattlesnake master, 3 Ohio goldenrod, 2 blue-stemmed goldenrod. I bought some of each in August and they’re lovely.
