Season of bloom: Early spring

Growing Conditions: Full sun or deciduous shade – plants need that spring sunshine. Wet or moist soil, can be drier in summer. In drier conditions, plant will go dormant after setting seeds.

Remarks: Much-loved wildflower for early spring colour. Deer-resistant.
